I came in for an oil change, Matt my service writer came and told me I needed brakes. He came to me prepared with prices and told me how long it would take. I appreciate that he kept it simple, was prepared, and was honest with me about what needed to be done. I usually request Matt because I feel as though he would never take advantage of me.

Lost my car key... waited hour to have new key made... fixed initial problem, next day my car goes crazy electric issues that didnt happen prior to taking car in. Now Im told if I dont spend $1300 for new side impact system the car will continue to malfunction. Again never had an issue with car going black and locks opening and closing prior to service on the 6th. FRUSTRATED
Brought my car in for service. Everything was fixed and service was excellent. One recommendation when it snows and cars are Left outside for pick up it would be nice if the snow was cleaned off the car.
