This was the first time in 13 years of bringing my car to Tim Lally that I was completely unsatisfied from the time I pulled in to the the time I left and inspected the work done on my car. None of the regular writers that I have come to rely on over the years were there. I was told two of them are no longer in that capacity. Curtis, AJ. Matt was off. There were only two writers working and the cars being checked in were backed up. The two that were working must have been relatively new and they both looked completed overwhelmed.
I haven't said anything before but I do not care for the new facility, The waiting area is too cramped and loud. Some of us would like a quiet place to sit and wait without TV's, cell phones and such blasting noise.
I had an express detail done.. My appt. was for 9:00am. I did not get out until after 11:00am due to the long wait to check in.
The back window was all smudged. I did not go back in to have it redone as I had been there so long already.
I realize your car salesman need to make a living but I do not appreciate them coming up to me in the service area and telling me about the latest car deals and trying to give me their card. If I wanted to shop for a car I know where to go within your dealership, If I am sitting in the service area obviously I am having my car serviced and am not interested in purchasing another car now.

I can not fill out this survey yet due to work that was not performed, or needs to be fixed again since it wasn't done the first time, and returned to me with these problems. Send another survey after the work that it was in for is actually done and to my satisfaction.
Had collision repair done to my 13' Avalanche. Time frame for repairs was fine, a bit ahead of schedule.
Problem being when doing inspection, we found that the front passenger door handle was scratched. This was supposed to be a new part, it was shown as replaced but appears that no quality check was done to verify that all was good prior to my arrival. So at this point a new part has to be ordered and I have to take unscheduled time out of my day to go back to dealer to get this rectified.
