Overall good , Although they left the plastic on the-seats and floor and repair ticket in the car
I came in for a simple oil change and the service person said the vehicle needed an alignment that wouldn't take long. I said ok and two and a half hours later I get my car back. I was livid because it was my anniversary and I had an early reservation for dinner with my wife. So you can understand why I was upset and stormed out of there.
Alex Reed was my salesman, did a wonderful job getting my payments where I could handle them and I told him my requests I needed for a new car and he found them quickly and in a color I did'nt think I would like but I LOVE it, had a few questions I thought something was wrong with it but took it to Alex he gladly explained the feautres to me again. Great salesman and he acted like a friend not someone looking to make a sale. GREAT JOB ALEX REED & TIM LALLY CHEVROLET!!!!!!!!!!!
The people are great, Customer service people go above and beyond. It was a good experience except for the waiting. I don't know if you can do anything about that but there is considerable wait time where you get left alone while you guys do something. Other customers in the same boat commenting to me about the same. Did anybody come out to see you yet. Not yet.
